Encryption in transit
Every connection uses HTTPS, with HSTS (a one-year policy that includes subdomains).
Credentials at rest
Stored email credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, using a separate key for each workspace.
The database is not public
The database accepts connections from the server itself only.
Who can see what
An admin grants or revokes permissions for each role, and can give one person a direct grant. Teams alone grant nothing.
Audit log
Who changed what and when: the time, the person, the action, the record and where it came from, with search and CSV export.
Recycle bin
Deleted records can be restored by an admin for 60 days.
Export
You can export your data in standard formats.
Our servers run on Hostinger, whose service agreement guarantees 99.9% uptime per calendar month.
