Sales pipeline management in Tickr AI CRM

Shape the stages around how you sell, decide who sees each pipeline, and keep a record of every move.

Build the pipeline around how you sell

A pipeline is only useful if its stages match the way your team really works. In Tickr AI an admin can add stages, rename them, give each one a colour, drag them into the right order, and set the probability that a deal in that stage will close. Each stage can also be marked as open, won or lost, so the pipeline knows which deals are still in play.

You do not have to start from a blank page. A new workspace begins with a five-stage pipeline: New Lead, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Won and Lost. During setup you can choose a sales-focused set (Prospect, Demo, Negotiation, Closed Won, Closed Lost) or a support-focused one (Open, In Progress, Pending Customer, Resolved, Closed) and change it afterwards.

Run more than one pipeline

Not every deal follows the same path. Tickr AI supports more than one pipeline, and once you have a second one the board shows a selector so each team can work in its own. You can create a new pipeline from the board itself.

Decide who sees each pipeline

Admins can manage access to each pipeline and choose each person's access level, so a pipeline can be kept to the people who work in it instead of being open to everyone in the workspace.

Every move leaves a record

When a deal moves to another stage, the move and its record are saved together as one step, so a deal can never change stage without leaving a trace. On the deal's timeline it appears as a plain line such as "Stage changed: Qualified → Proposal Sent", which means anyone opening the deal can see how it got where it is.

Move a deal from one stage to the next

On the pipeline board, drag a deal card to another column to move it forward, or back, a stage. You can also open the deal and use its numbered stage stepper; the change shows on the board either way. However you move it, the move is saved with the record described above, so the timeline shows it and nobody has to remember when a deal changed stage.

Keep the stages honest

A few stages that everyone understands work better than many that nobody uses. Name each stage after something that has really happened to the deal, such as a quotation sent, and set its probability from your own history rather than from hope. You can change the stages and their probabilities later, so the pipeline can follow how your team actually sells.

Read the board at a glance

Each column on the pipeline board shows its stage name, its probability and how many deals it holds, with the total value of those deals underneath. Lead and deal management shows how deals arrive on the board and what you see on each deal.

Questions

Can I change the stages of my pipeline?

Yes. An admin can add stages, rename them, give each one a colour, drag them into order and set the probability that a deal in that stage will close.

Can a stage mean a deal is won or lost?

Yes. Each stage can be marked as open, won or lost, so the pipeline knows which deals are still in play.

Can I run more than one pipeline?

Yes. Once you have a second pipeline the board shows a selector, and you can create a new pipeline from the board itself.

Can I keep a pipeline to part of the team?

Yes. Admins can manage access to each pipeline and choose each person's access level.

Does moving a deal leave a record?

Yes. The move and its record are saved together as one step, so a deal cannot change stage without leaving a trace, and the deal's timeline shows it as a stage change with the two stages.

Do I start from a blank pipeline?

No. A new workspace begins with five stages (New Lead, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Won and Lost). At setup you can choose a sales-focused set or a support-focused set, and change either afterwards.
