Tickr AI keeps your leads and your deals together. A lead arrives, becomes a contact, a company and a deal, and then moves through the stages of your pipeline until it is won or lost. Everyone on the team looks at the same record, the same stages and the same history, so nothing lives in a spreadsheet or in one person's inbox.
From your form or tool, through the lead endpoint with an ingest key. It becomes a contact, a company and a deal.
The deal sits in its stage on the pipeline board, and you move it forward as it progresses.
Its record shows the stage stepper, the timeline, related records and the quotation you send from its header.
Send leads from your website form, or from any tool that can make a web request, to Tickr AI's lead endpoint with an API key. Each lead is turned into a contact, a company and a deal. If the same lead is sent twice, it is recognised as a duplicate instead of being added again, and a request repeated with the same idempotency key is not processed a second time.
For every key you can see how many leads arrived, how many were created and how many were duplicates. For a deal that arrived through the API, you can open the original payload it was created from, along with the label of the key that sent it, so you can always trace where a deal came from.
What a lead request looks like
POST /api/v1/ingest/lead X-Ingest-Key: your-ingest-key X-Idempotency-Key: a-unique-id
Answer
A lead is sent as one request to Tickr AI's lead endpoint, with your API key in the X-Ingest-Key header. Add an X-Idempotency-Key header and the request is safe to repeat for 24 hours: sending it again does not create a second deal. The answer tells you what happened to the lead, whether it was created or recognised as a duplicate. Keys are created, rotated and revoked from the settings of your workspace, and a revoked key is refused, so access to the endpoint is always in your hands.

Win probability 100%The Sales Pipeline shows one column per stage. Each column header shows the stage name, its probability and how many deals it holds, with the total value of those deals underneath. Filter the board by owner, source or priority, switch between the board and a list, and add a new deal from the same screen.
A new workspace starts with five stages: New Lead, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Won and Lost. During setup you can choose a sales-focused pipeline instead (Prospect, Demo, Negotiation, Closed Won, Closed Lost) or a support-focused one.
Every deal has its own record with a stage stepper, tabs, a timeline of activity, and a side panel of related records, tags and fields. When a deal is ready for a quotation, send it straight from the deal header. AI lead qualification adds an AI Summary to the deal; the help article linked below explains how to read it.

Admins keep a list of lost reasons in settings, and a lost deal can show its reason on the pipeline card, so the team learns from the deals it did not win and not only from the ones it did.
Lead and deal management is one part of Tickr AI's Sales CRM: pipeline, contacts, quotations and reports in one place.

A deal moved to a Lost stage asks for a reason, and the reason can show on its card.
