Privacy Policy — How Tickr AI Handles Your Data
Last updated: 16 July 2026 — structure and data-inventory sections below are evidence-derived from the live product; legal-framing sections are explicitly marked pending review (see notes).
What we collect
This section describes what the Tickr AI platform actually captures today, derived from the live system rather than generic boilerplate:
- Account & workspace data — company/workspace name, admin full name, admin email address, and a securely hashed password (never stored or logged in plain text).
- Your business data — the contacts, companies, deals, notes, tasks, and other CRM records you or your team enter, and any leads ingested via the API on your behalf. This data belongs to your workspace and is not used for any purpose beyond operating the CRM for you.
- IP address — the originating IP address is captured on authenticated write actions and stored on the audit log for security and compliance purposes (e.g. detecting suspicious login activity).
- Consent records — where consent is required for a communication channel (e.g. WhatsApp messaging to a contact), we record the consent status and the timestamp it was last updated.
- Payment information — subscription payments are processed by our payment provider; Tickr AI does not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details. We retain a record of the amount charged, the plan, and the payment status for invoicing.
- Support & feedback — messages you send us via the in-app support/feedback tools, or the marketing site's Contact Sales form, including the phone number or email you provide so we can respond.
- Cookies — a single session cookie is used to keep you signed in. If you choose "Accept and allow" on the marketing site, Google Analytics 4 also sets analytics cookies in your browser (see Analytics below). No advertising cookies are set.
Analytics
Tickr AI's marketing site uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how the site is used. It is opt-in: nothing is sent to Google until you choose "Accept and allow" in the cookie notice, and you can choose "Decline" instead. If you accept, we collect the pages you view, the buttons and links you click, your approximate location (country or region level) and your device and browser type. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. We do not collect anything you type into a form, and we do not turn on Google Signals or advertising features. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer; choosing "Decline" stops us recording further events. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Data retention
Your workspace's CRM data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for a limited grace period to allow reactivation, after which it is deleted per our internal retention schedule. Audit-log and payment records are retained longer where required for security, dispute-resolution, or statutory record-keeping purposes.
Data subject access requests (DSAR)
You can request a copy of, or the deletion of, personal data we hold about you by emailing us at team@tickrai.ai. We will verify your identity before processing any such request.
