How to Read AI Lead Qualification
What the AI Summary on a deal tells you, and what to do when it is empty.
AI lead qualification in Tickr AI appears on a deal as the AI Summary panel. It gives you three things at a glance: a short summary of the deal, a suggested next step, and how confident the assistant is. It works from the data in your workspace. It does not read WhatsApp conversations, because WhatsApp conversation sync is not available.

- Open a dealOpen any deal's detail view. The AI Summary panel sits on the deal alongside its core information and activity. It is marked with a small sparkle icon and the label AI SUMMARY.
- Read the summaryThe panel opens with a short summary of the deal, written by the assistant. Use it to get your bearings before you open the notes and activity underneath.
- Read the next best actionBelow the summary, a Next Best Action card gives a suggested next step for the deal. Treat it as a prompt, not an order: you know the customer, and the suggestion is there to save you a look.
- Check the confidenceTo the right, a Confidence percentage shows how sure the assistant is about its read of the deal. It appears only when it is above zero, so a deal without one simply has nothing to show yet.
When the panel looks different
No summary yet. If the assistant has not written a summary for the deal, the panel says so in a dashed box: "No summary for this deal yet", with a line explaining that the summary, the suggested next step and the confidence will appear once the assistant has summarised it. If the assistant has not started in your workspace at all, the panel says "The assistant hasn't started yet" and that summaries will appear once it runs. Nothing is invented in the meantime.
Loading and errors. While the summary loads, the panel shows "Loading…". If it cannot be fetched, the panel shows a short error with a Retry button.
Not on your plan. Where the AI Summary is not part of your plan, the panel shows a lock marked "a higher plan and above" with one sentence about what it does. Admins see a See plans button that opens Settings, Billing. Everyone else sees a line asking them to ask their account owner to upgrade the plan.
