Getting Started

Set up your workspace and send your first quotation.

This guide takes you from a new trial to a first quotation in five steps. Before you start, have your company name, a work email and a phone number ready. Tickr AI uses them to create your workspace. The phone number identifies your account; it doesn't turn on WhatsApp conversation sync itself, which is not available, and nothing in this guide depends on it (see the FAQ).

  1. Start your free trial
Sign up with your company name, work email and phone number. The trial lasts 30 days and needs no credit card. You choose a plan only if you decide to keep going.
  2. Add your contacts and companies
Import the contacts and companies you sell to, or add them one at a time. They become the shared records that every deal and quotation links to, so a contact or company carries its history across every deal it has been part of. A new contact needs a first name, and a new company needs a name; the other fields are there when you want them.
  3. Create your first deal
Choose New Deal on the Sales Pipeline and fill in the deal form. It asks for a title, the company and contact the deal belongs to, a value, a stage, an owner and a close date. The title, stage, owner and close date are required, and so is any custom field your admin has marked required. If you are not sure which stage to use, start it in the first one; you can move it later.
  4. Move it through the pipeline
Drag the deal across the stage columns as it progresses. Every move is recorded with its time in the deal's stage history, so you can always see when a deal changed stage.
  5. Send a quotation
When the deal is ready, create the quotation from the deal, generate the PDF and email it to your customer, or download it. Add your company profile under Settings first so the PDF carries your business details.

After your first quotation

Once a deal has some activity on it, such as notes, a quotation sent or time spent in a stage, its AI Insights panel starts to show signals about which deals are worth following up first. How to read AI lead qualification explains what they mean.

If you are the admin, you can also shape the workspace in Settings: change the pipeline stages, add your own fields, and add the people who will work in it.
